Tiny Tumble (1 hour per week, $45/month) - A class made just for our 3-6 year old athletes, the future Rockstars of our program! They will focus on learning basic tumbling skills, as well as playing games, improving hand-eye coordination and learning a love and respect for the world of tumbling!
Beginner Tumbling (1 hour per week, $55/month) - This is a class for children who have none-to-minimal tumbling experience. This class will provide your child with the instruction to learn technically sound tumbling basics in order to prepare them for intermediate tumbling skills. Your child should be signed up for this class if he/she does not have any tumbling experience and is working towards or has the following skills: forward roll, backward roll, handstand, cartwheel, roundoff, table, bridge, backbend, handstand fall to bridge.
Intermediate Tumbling (1 hour per week, $55/month) - For children who have skills that are beyond the basics of tumbling, Intermediate Tumbling will provide your child with the instruction to learn and perfect their skills and to prepare them for advanced tumbling. The minimum requirement for this class is a back-walkover. Your child should be signed up for this class if he/she has or is working towards back/front handsprings or is in the process of learning back tucks and punch fronts.
Advanced Tumbling (1 hour per week, $55/month) - Specifically designed for children who have perfected their intermediate tumbling skills, this class will provide your child with the instruction to learn and perfect tumbling skills beyond tucks. The minimum requirement for this class is a running back tuck pass that is not-spotted, technically sound and consistent. Your child should be signed up for this class if he/she has or is working towards layouts, fulls, and double-fulls and other specialty passes.
RockFit Kids (1 hour per week, $55/month) - This class is designed for the child who seeks organized fitness and FUN! Your child will be taught how to properly execute body movements for activities such as a rock climbing wall, hanging obstacles, ground level obstacles, cardio, and age appropriate conditioning!
Flyer Flex (30 minutes per week, $30/month) - While flyers are strongly encouraged to participate in this class, it is open to ALL athletes in any stunting position. During the hour, there will be heavy stretching, balance drills, and appropriate strength exercises designed to help increase flexibility, hyper-focusing on body-positions.
Cheer Fundamentals (1 hour per week, $55/month) - Designed for those who are interested in learning more about the cheer world, but aren't sure if they are ready for the commitment of being on a team, this class covers all of the aspects of a cheerleading routine, teaches a solid foundation and will build a routine of their own!
